Giusto's Gourmet Organic Polenta

  • 1 cup Giusto’s Gourmet Polenta
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2+ cups water
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2+ tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Bring water/broth to a boil. Add polenta steadily, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Stir in garlic and butter. Continue to stir about 20 minutes, adding water as it gets too thick to stir. Polenta will be thick and creamy. Add cheese at the end. Serve warm with marinara sauce, if desired. Chilled leftovers can be sliced and fried.
