Whole Wheat Pie Crust
- 1/4 cup Giusto’s Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 3/4 cup Giusto’s Whole Wheat Flour
- 2/3 cup oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 teaspoons cold water
Mix with fork or hands. First mix the oil with the salt and flour. Now add the water and roll out. Add more flour if it is too soft and more water if it is too dry. Roll out and back.
