Whole Wheat Honey Cookies
- 2 cups Giusto’s Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
Blend the honey and oil. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add the vanilla and enough flour to make a dough that would hold together. Blend in the nuts. Shape the dough into a roll, wrap in waxed paper, and chill until firm. Slice ¼ inch thick. Place slices on greased cookies sheet and Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yields 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
