Living Bread
- 1/2 cup Giusto’s Sprouted Triticale
- 1/2 cup Giusto’s Sprouted Whole Grain Wheat
- 1/3 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 2 1/2 cups chopped dates
- 2 1/2 cups raisins, ground
Sprout the wheat for two days only. Grind, chop, and mix all the ingredients. Roll into balls. Roll onto coconut. Serve NOW.
