Country Kitchen Pancakes

  • Giusto’s Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 pinch Giusto’s All Natural Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Beat the eggs, milk, honey and salt. Beat in flour until the mixture is the consistency of heavy cream. Heat a skillet; add some oil to the skillet. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto the pain and tilt it so that the batter covers the pan. When the edges crisp up, turn it over and lower the heat. When the pancake is cooked, remove to a warm plate, spread with butter and serve. Sprinkle with raw sugar or jam. A little yogurt on the top is a tasty and nutritional option.
